PARAMUS, N.J. (1010 WINS) -- The school bus driver charged with two counts of vehicular homicide in the Route 80 crash that killed 5th grader Miranda Vargas and 51-year-old teacher Jennifer Williamson last week could be facing more counts related to the over 40 people injured.

Hudy Muldrow spent Thursday night in Morris County Jail before his court hearing on Friday morning.

"Mr. Muldrow will be held in the Morris County Correctional Facility pending a detention hearing, currently scheduled for May 30, at 9 o'clock in the morning," Judge Stephen Taylor said.

The 77-year-old Muldrow allegedly caused the crash by making an illegal u-turn across the median.

Muldrow has amassed eight speeding tickets and his license had been suspended a number of times.
