Poll: De Blasio last among Democrats running for president

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A new Quinnipiac poll of New York state voters showed Mayor de Blasio with the lowest net favorability score of any Democrat polled, with a negative 24-49 percent favorability rating.

De Blasio was underwater with city voters as well, with a negative 36-48 favorability.

Joe Biden scored the highest favorability ratings in the poll, at 62-24, while Donald Trump was even lower than de Blasio with a 28-67 rating.

Sixty-four percent of voters say they would definitely not vote for Trump if he is the Republican nominee in 2020.

Bernie Sanders has the second highest favorability score among New Yorkers at 51-38 percent.

Several other prominent New York politicians also sported negative scores.

Senator Kirsten Gillibrand was at a negative 29-35 percent, Gov. Cuomo was at 42-45 percent, and Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez was at 31-38 percent.
