NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Oscar award-winning actor Cuba Gooding Jr. will surrender to the NYPD on Thursday and then will be arrested for allegedly groping a woman, TMZ reports.

He is expected to be arrested on a misdemeanor charge of forcible touching, TMZ reported.

A woman claimed Gooding Jr. grabbed her breast Sunday night at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge in Manhattan.

The actor has denied the allegation, saying he is "absolutely not" guilty, adding that no one was touched inappropriately -- not even by accident.

Gooding Jr. claims there is also surveillance footage that will show he did nothing wrong.

“I trust the system,” Gooding Jr. told TMZ “There’s a tape that shows what really happened — that’s the most important thing.”

“I was at the club, I left. I met a bunch of people, I said hello, I took pictures and … you know, you have to have faith in what people are saying … now I’m giving the process the chance to show what happened, what went down," he said.
