Cops: Muggers beat man, break his nose in subway

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) – Four men attacked an 18-year-old at an L train station in Brooklyn, beating him, breaking his nose and stealing his phone and wallet, police said.

The NYPD released surveillance video of the suspects Tuesday.

The 18-year-old victim was at the Junius Street subway station in Brownsville last Wednesday when he was attacked by the four men, according to police.

The men punched and kicked him until they broke his nose and bruised his head.

After that, they stole his phone, wallet and headphones, all worth about $1,500, police said.

The men then took off on foot. 

EMS transported the victim to Brookdale Hospital, where he was treated and released.

The suspects are all believed to be in their early 20s.
