Comic Con News: Kaley Cuoco is the new Harley Quinn

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The biggest news out of New York Comic Con so far is what is actress Kaley Cuoco's first post-"The Big Bang Theory" gig.

She's been tapped to voice the new Harley Quinn for DC Universe, the new subscription streaming platform launched by DC Comics.

Cuoco, 32, will not only star in the animated series, but she will also executive produce the series.

Harley Quinn is known as the Joker's girlfriend in the Batman universe.

The cast for Harley Quinn also includes Childrens Hospital veteran Lake Bell, Firefly's Alan Tudyk, Ron Funches of Powerless, Curb Your Enthusiasm star JB Smoove, Jason Alexander of Seinfeld fame, black-ish's Wanda Sykes, Giancarlo Esposito from Breaking Bad, Bojack Horsemanveteran Natalie Morales, Community's Jim Rash, Diedrich Baderfrom American Housewife, Veep's Tony Hale, and Chris Meloni from Happy! and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.
