NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A star-studded fundraiser that will benefit New Jersey's Pandemic Relief Fund will be broadcasted by 1010 WINS on Wednesday night.

Some of the biggest names in entertainment will join the "Jersey4 Jersey" benefit show from their homes to help fight the medical, social and economic impact that the coronavirus has had on some of its more vulnerable communities.

New Jersey natives Bruce Springsteen, singer Halsey, and Jon Bon Jovi, will be joined by other artists with ties to the garden state including comedian Jon Stewart, actress and comedian Whoopi Goldberg, actor and comedian Chris Rock, at 7 p.m. on Wednesday.

“The tri-state area has been heavily affected by COVID-19 and throughout this crisis, listeners have been relying on our stations to keep them informed and entertained,” said Susan Larkin, Regional President and Market Manager, Entercom New York. “Radio is a lifeline for the community and we are looking forward to leveraging our reach to help those in need.”

New Jersey's first lady, Tammy Murphy helped organize the event and all proceeds from “Jersey 4 Jersey” will go directly to the NJPRF which aims to stop the spread, support the healthcare community, and rebuild communities.
