Cardi failed to attend a previous court date, prompting the judge to threaten her with a bench warrant if the didn't show up to Friday's hearing. She was released without bail, but an order of protection was issued against Cardi -- she'll have to stay away from the two bartenders.

Cardi has been nominated for five Grammys including album of the year.
