NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A 32-year-old Brooklyn livery driver has been slapped with a slew of charges after allegedly raping a 12-year-old girl in his car Monday night, the NYPD said.

Rafael Martinez has been charged with rape, criminal sex act, sex abuse, endangering the welfare of a child, menacing and assault.

The girl's parents ordered a livery cab from an independent cab company to pick up the girl near Myrtle and Carlton Avenues in Fort Greene around 6 p.m., police said. The destination was near Ralph Avenue and Fulton Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant.

The victim told police that at some point during the trip, Martinez allegedly parked the car, entered the rear of the vehicle with the victim and raped her.

He then allegedly got back in the driver's seat and transported the victim to her destination.

The girl was later transported to NYC Health + Hospitals Woodhull.
