Boy, 14, in grave condition after being shot in neck, stomach in Queens; 2 suspects sought

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A 14-year-old boy is in grave condition after he was shot twice in Queens Monday afternoon, police said.

The NYPD is on the hunt for two male suspects. No arrests have been made.

The shooting took place shortly after 5 p.m. at 166th and Marsden Streets in the borough's St. Albans section. The suspects ran from the scene northbound on Marsden Street. 

The teen -- who was shot in his neck and stomach -- was standing outside when the two suspects approached and opened fired, police said.

He was taken to Cohen's Children's Medical Center at Long Island Jewish Medical Center.
