NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- You made it through another week of adulting and had no time to make plans. With Halloween just around the corner, we have some spooktacular plans for you this weekend. Whether you're looking to party it up or relax, we've got you covered with the best food, drinks, shows and music the area has to offer. 1. The Toast of Brooklyn Wine & Food Festival 2019

Enjoy hundreds of wines from around the world with delicious food tastings, while taking in stunning views of New York City at the beautiful Brooklyn Navy Yard. This year, a silent auction will be hosted throughout the day to help raise funds that will support hurricane relief to the Bahamas. Come raise a glass and celebrate.

2. Pumpkin Point at Governors Island

For the third year, Governors Island’s Nolan Park will be transformed into a family-friendly patch of over 5,000 pumpkins. Take a stroll through the pumpkin patch and enjoy festive fare from Governors Island’s own Little Eva’s and Threes Brewing. Pumpkins are available for purchase, and members enjoy a free pumpkin when they show their member card! Any pumpkins left over from Pumpkin Point will be baked into pumpkin pies and donated to The Bowery Mission or composted on Governors Island.

3. Jersey City Craft Distillery Fest

Enjoy over 100 Styles of craft spirits, amazing food vendors, and live music at the biggest spirits festival in Jersey. No better way to spend a Saturday evening than  . to enjoy some sampling on the water with gorgeous views of the Manhattan Skyline!

4. The Great Jack-o'-Lantern Spectacular Sail

The seventh annual Great Jack-O’-Lantern Sail will take place at Belmont Lake State Park. The first 50 carved pumpkins received are placed on flotation devices with candles inserted inside and sailed around the lake behind kayaks. There will also be tons of children’s activities including crafts, games, inflatables, funny photos and trick-or-treat stations.

5. Brooklyn Reserve: Oktoberfest

Celebrate the annual tradition of Oktoberfest at Brooklyn's Industry City. This festive outdoor soiree features live Polka music, German beers, lawn games, delicious food, raffles prizes, and more. Entry is free but you can upgrade to a VIP ticket that includes access to reserved seating, one exclusive beer stein, two drink tickets, one commemorative t-shirt and five raffle tickets.

6. Nightmare Before Halloween Tim Burton Themed Party

Relive your childhood and dress up as your favorite characters from Tim Burton’s movies. 7. Halloween Harvest 2019

Halloween Harvest returns at Luna Park in Coney Island. Get on the rides and enjoy the magic shows, stilt walkers, trick-or-treating and more! All activities are included in any day Luna Pass. You can also visit their pumpkin patch and pick and decorate your own pumpkin.

8. Blood Manor 2019

10. Giant Pumpkin Weekend

Get up close and personal with some of the world’s largest pumpkins and even take a pic atop a 2,000 pound one. Meet the growers or wander through a spooky pumpkin garden as a master carver transforms pumpkins of all shapes and sizes into spooky works of art. You can even cast your vote to select the winner of the pumpkin carving face-off.
