HOLMDEL, N.J. (1010 WINS) -- New Jersey officials say they've solved a crime, after the suspect left a nasty calling card every day.

The schools superintendent of Kenilworth was allegedly using an area near the football field and track at Holmdel High School as his bathroom. Track coaches at Holmdel told a resource officer that they were finding human feces in the area on a daily basis, reported.

Thomas Tramaglini, 42, faces charges of public lewdness and littering. He's been put on leave.

"The Board of Education wants to assure faculty and staff, students and parents, that the district will continue its responsibilities without interruption," Kenilworth Public Schools administrators said in a statement. "Every day, and especially during challenging times, we are fortunate to have veteran administrators and other dedicated professionals on whom we can rely."

Brian Luciani, the district's Director of Academics will take over Tramaglini's responsibilities.
