NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police in the Bronx have made arrests in the shooting of a 7-year-old boy struck in the leg by a stray bullet fired in an argument between two men at the Millbrook Houses almost two weeks ago.

Manuel Colon, 31, has been charged with attempted murder and 21-year-old Keyshawn Williams has been charged with attempted assault.

A police source says the men are members of rival factions at NYCHA houses.

The boy was treated at a hospital and later released.
