LOS ANGELES (1010 WINS) -- There's a request for a temporary restraining order against Michael Avenatti.

It comes in the wake of Avenatti's arrest on domestic violence charges, and was filed by an actress named Mareli Miniutti.

The accuser hopes the court will agree with her that it's urgent for the order to be issued immediately. Whether or not the order is issued right away, a hearing will be held on December 10, after the matter has been fully briefed for a decision on whether a restraining order should be in effect going forward.

It wasn't immediately clear if Miniutti was the woman who accused Avenatti of domestic violence last week, FOX News reports.

"I have NEVER abused a woman or committed domestic violence," Avenatti tweeted after the restraining order was first reported. "Any claim to the contrary is completely bogus and fabricated. I am a target. And I will be exonerated.”

FOX News reports an LAPD spokesman said the alleged victim did have visible injuries.
