NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Actress Jenny Mollen is used to living her life in the public eye, but last week she sparked concern when she posted a photo revealing her rapid weight loss.

"Not anorexia, it’s a thyroid issue. I don’t know what it says about me that I got this thin and didn’t think there was anything wrong. Last Friday, I had a bulge in my neck that finally got me to the doctor. I’m STILL waiting on blood work but my doc thinks it’s Graves. If you just had a baby and have lost an inordinate amount of weight, feel like you are on cocaine, are suddenly heat intolerant, can’t stop losing hair, and think your husband is being a dick it might just be your thyroid!! Get checked ASAP #thyroid #6monthspostpartum"

A hyperthyroid can cause your body to produce too much of the hormone thyroxine, which can accelerate your body's metabolism. Mollen says it's something she's currently trying to figure out how to manage.

"It's like a hyperthyroid situation that I'm still trying to navigate and understand, but scary, Mollen told out Rebecca Granet on "The Trend". "I guess it's very common after pregnancy. It's definitely a bit of a wake up call."

Mollen joined her husband Jason Biggs to discuss their new relationship comedy game show, "My Partner Knows Best". The show puts couples to the test as they compete in a series of  challenges based on real-life relationship obstacles. Three couples will compete each week, but only one walks away with the prize money.

"The premise is how well you know your spouse," Mollen said. "There are physical challenges where you have to, sort of, negotiate who's better at one thing than the other. There are questions just about how you guys perceived a major event in your life. We're basically just trying to stir the pot in these relationships."

"Yeah we're just trying to break people up," Biggs quipped back.

"It's a comedy show, with a game show sort of component in the background."
