3 men shot in Brooklyn, at least 2 gunmen sought by police

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are searching for at least two gunmen that shot three men in Brooklyn, Monday afternoon. 

The gunfire occurred at approximately 3:50 p.m. across from the South Pacific Playground on Howard Avenue and Dean Street in Brownsville.

All of the victims suffered non life-threatening wounds and refused to provide police with any details, officials said.

One 19-year-old victim was shot in the leg and taken to Brookdale Hospital.

The other victims, ages 18 and 20, were struck in the upper chest and thigh and were taken to Kings County Hospital to be treated.

Shell casings were found in front of one building on Howard Avenue and another on Dean Street, police said.

All three victims were described by police as "not cooperative."
