2 men sought in connection to string of armed robberies in NYC [VIDEO]

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police seek two men wanted in connection to a string of robberies that occurred throughout New York City.

The NYPD released a surveillance video early Wednesday and connect the men to eight robberies.

Police say the first incident occurred on September 18th at 10:33 p.m. at the Essa Deli and Grocery Corp. located at 4188 Barnes Avenue, in the Bronx.

The suspects fled the location with $900 after they brandished firearms and demanded money from a worker, police say.

On September 23rd at 8:50 p.m. at the El Capitan Grocery store on Beach 72 Street in the Arverne section of Queens, officials say the suspects brandished firearms and demanded money. 

They took $600 and packs of cigarettes before fleeing the location, according to police.

The two suspects are also accused of robbing a 7 Eleven, at 22 Graham Street in Brooklyn on  September 29, at 2:40 a.m., where they brandished firearms and demanded property and money. 

Police say the men fled the location with approximately $2,000 and cigarettes.

Hours later, police say the suspects entered  Sun Gourmet Deli and Grocery store, located at 1591 Watson Avenue where they brandished firearms and demanded money. 

The worker complied and the individuals fled the location with $1,500.

Authorities report that the men robbed a Bronx dry cleaners located at 1348 East Gun Hill Road around 5 a.m. the same day, taking $350.
