2 men accused of beating, robbing 75-year-old man in Brooklyn sought

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police released images on Tuesday of two suspects they say attacked a 75-year-old man in Brooklyn.

Police say the men approached the victim as he was about to enter his East New York apartment and punched him in the face multiple times before he was knocked down to the floor.

One of the men pinned the victim down to the floor as the second man robbed him, officials say.

Authorities say the suspects fled the scene with $3,500 in cash and the victim's wallet.

The suspects were last seen running eastbound on Wortman Avenue. 

Police describe the first suspect as a black male in his 30s, 6'0" 160 to 170 lbs. and was last seen wearing a black hooded sweater, gray sweatpants, and black sneakers.

The second suspect is described as a black male in his 30s, 6'0" 160 to 170 lbs. and was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweater, black sweatpants, and black and white sneakers.
