NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police have charged two men less than two days after the body of a woman was found wrapped in a blanket secured with duct tape in the Bronx.

Joseph Howe, 50, and Jorge Torres, 53, have been arrested and charged in connection with the case, police said Sunday.

The NYPD also identified the woman whose body was found as 54-year-old Judy Guzman from the Bronx.

A passerby discovered her body near West 183rd Street and Sedgewick Avenue in University Heights late Friday night.

The area is a quiet spot with many trees. It's right off the Major Deegan Expressway and down the block from Bronx Community College.

Howe and Torres, both from the Bronx, were charged with concealment of a human corpse and tampering with physical evidence.

Police said the medical examiner is working to determine what killed Guzman.

It's unclear what connection, if any, the two men had to Guzman.
