NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Oreo has released the last of its five limited edition summer releases: Maple Creme.

The previous summer releases were Baskin Robbins Mint Chocolate Chip, Marshmallow Moon, Oreo Thins Latte and S'Mores Oreo.

Maple Creme Oreos consist of Golden Oreos with a maple flavor creme inside.

While this flavor is synonymous with Canada -- maple leafs even cover the package -- these cookies are only available in the U.S.

But how do they taste? We asked 1010 WINS taste testers Walter Geis, Kimmy Dole and David Caplan to dig into this sweet treat. Below are their culinary conclusions...

Walter Geis: "This is one of my favorite of the recent batch of limited Oreo flavors … it’s like a mini pancake you can eat with your hands. The maple flavor in the cream hits just right. It isn’t as strong as I was expecting and that’s probably why I can’t (wont) stop after one."

Kimmy Dole: "These Oreos pleasantly surprised me. They tasted just like maple syrup and I liked that they weren’t overly sweet.
I don’t think that I’d choose these over the original Oreos but they’re still a good choice."

David Caplan: "I love anything maple-flavored so I was very keen to dig into these. They have a nice maple taste. Not overpowering at all. Actually, I would have liked a stronger maple flavor, but you can't go wrong with anything Maple-flavored or really, any flavor of Oreo!"
